    Interested in joining us as a vendor for the 2025 Oregon Rollin' Market?  


    Business and vendors spaces are 10x10 and will be responsible for their own table, chairs and tents if needed.  Vendor must provide all furnishings and protect property.  Tents or the like will not be staked to the street.   All trash and recyclables must be removed from your area after event.

    Cost:  $25 per market. 

    Location: Dustin Road Oregon, OH 

    Food trucks must be properly inspected BEFORE THE EVENT by the Oregon Fire & Rescue Department or their local Fire Department and Health Department or they cannot participate.  (NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!!!!)

    Check-in begins at 3:15pm for trailers and 3:30pm for vendors until 4:45pm. Vendor Parking & mapping of market will be sent via email to all vendors ONE WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT. 

    The markets will be held on the second WEDNESDAY each month, May - Sept from 5 - 8 PM; Vendors must remain in place until market close. 

    In the event of any markets being cancelled due to inclement weather, refunds will be issued at the END of the market season.

    Register to be added to our 2025 Rollin' Market waitlist if all spots are taken.  We will let businesses in first come first serve if we have room at our market.

    August Member Programming: Lucas County Economic Development

    You're invited to join us for a valuable update from Josh Thurston, Business Engagement Specialist with the Lucas County Department of Economic Development.

    This lunchtime session will spotlight the Business Retention & Expansion (BRE) program—an initiative focused on helping local businesses overcome challenges, uncover new opportunities, and build stronger connections within our community. By sharing available tools and support services, the BRE team aims to strengthen partnerships and fuel business success across Lucas County.

    2025 BOOM FEST VENDOR REGISTRATION 10x10 

    Business and vendors spaces (NO FOOD TRUCKS) are 10x10 and will be responsible for their own table, chairs and tents if needed.  Vendor must provide all furnishings and protect property.  Tents or the like will not be staked to the pavement.   All trash and recyclables must be removed from your area after event.

    Cost:  $60 for 10x10 vendor space

    Location: DUNN CHEVY 3000 DUSTIN RD

    Check-in begins at NOON - 1:30. Vendor Parking & mapping of market will be sent via email prior to the event. 

    This is a rain or shine event; no refunds will be issued due to weather.

    Food Trucks for the event will be contacted directly by the City.

    In the event of Honey Fest being cancelled due to inclement weather, refunds will be issued at the END of the market season.
